Some people would describe what I am about to reveal to you as a secret that's
worth a fortune.
It has nothing to do with making a product, selling something, or buying anything.
You could call it a Personal Vault of Energy.
Where is it?
Answer; It's with you
all the time.
Have you ever had those mornings when going to work is the last thing that you want to do?
Monday morning is probably the most famous for this sort of feeling.
You can't touch your personal vault of energy, but you can tap it... over and over again.
Although, most people haven't discovered how to tap into their own personal vault of energy... it still exists.
And, the reason they haven't discovered how to tap into it, is because they have never been taught how to tap it.
You are about to learn how a simple key, opens a vault of energy.
That key is you.

More specifically, the key is your mind and body.
You can do everything that I am about to share with you, in your head, but I suggest taking a piece of paper and a pen or pencil and writing the steps down.
Don't moan, it will be worth it... and very easy.
In fact, it's so easy, you can do this while you're eating, watching TV, or just curled up on the couch watching the birds fly by.
I want you to daydream.
See, it's not difficult at all.
But why the paper and pen?
Daydream about the three or four things in your life that you like to do the most.
I'll give you some examples of what I mean;
A guy sits in a cubicle, a corporate slave, hating every minute of his day, doing things for a paycheck.
His energy level is low, his attention span is short, and his focus is blurry.
If you were to look around his wage-slave cubicle
you would see;
autographed pictures of NBA stars,
an acrylic box with an autographed basketball proudly displayed in the corner,
and two court-side ticket stubs from a championship game,
along with a photo pinned to one of the fabric-covered partitions.
Do you know where I'm going with this?
Suppose you walked by this slouched soul sitting in his cubicle squinting at his computer and said to him that you had two tickets on the hardwood for tonight's NBA match-up.
You probably would witness a tremendous change in posture, attitude, and energy, because that's something that this guy would be interested in doing...
and there's always energy for
things that you want to do.
Think back to when you were in elementary school;
learning about geography probably wasn't getting your full attention, but when that bell rang and you knew there was a piece of your favorite left-over pie in the refrigerator...
you raced home.
...or maybe it was your birthday, and you knew there was a new bicycle waiting for you.
Things that interest us create energy and one way to have extra energy is to fill your day with things that you like to do.
That's why you have a piece of paper and a pen in your hand.
Daydream a few moments and write down those 3, 4, or 5 things that you absolutely enjoy doing.
Personally, I can be beat from working, but if I hear that there's a poker game... I'm energetic, ready, and can't wait to play.
This is your list and no one else is going to see it.
It's just you, telling you, what it is that taps that vault of energy that you carry around.
It could be simple,
like baking a batch of lemon-snap cookies,
or playing a worthy opponent in an internet battle of mind and strategy,
or picking up the racket and nailing a few serves on the clay.
If you don't know what it is that gets you excited about life, than you're missing out on one of the greatest energy creators on the planet.
Really think, what are the things that you have done in your life
that transformed you into a ball of energy?
If there are dozens of things on that piece of paper, that's great.
You will have so many more triggers to pull when you need that boost of energy.
Energy doesn't come from pills and fluids; it comes from tapping your personal vault of energy.
Great athletes are usually great, because they are doing what they love... and winning is part of that passion.
That gives them the extra energy to make the play, go the distance, and perform while suffering physical pain.
Yes, they're driven, but they're driven by their own ability to tap their vault of energy.
If you're not a professional athlete, don't worry, either am I, but I've learned over the course of my life how to keep going and maintain a very high energy level.
I only do things that I love to do.
You won't find me scraping gutters and downspouts, but you could find me in a recording studio for hours on end trying to get the sound I want, just right.
Don't worry though, if you really, and I mean really, dislike what you do for a living.
As long as you have a list, there's more than hope...
There's tremendous potential that you can tap and direct into something that will propel you to do great things.
To help you get through a mundane day at the 925-wage-slave cubicle... here's the trick.
Have something to look forward to doing, going, or seeing after work.
Pack your time with activities that you really enjoy doing and it will give you a heightened sense of energy.
I've been doing it for years and it honestly helps me deal with all the sh_ _ that tends to pop-up in the course of a week.
Try it, just for a month... just 30 days. Plan activities in your days that you really enjoy doing....
You should plan a great weekend or a whole month full of great weekends.
Make those before work hours count too.
Sometimes going to the gym can get you "pumped-up" for the day as you sculpt your body into perfection.
Or, like me, would rather go home and whip up an incredible
dessert to enjoy while practicing my language lessons.
Always, of course, making a little extra to enjoy the next morning... making the next morning that much more special.)
This works and it will make you feel younger, more refreshed, and put you in the mood to get through some tough times at work or tackle your next entrepreneurial endeavor.
I still remember racing home full of energy to get to the refrigerator and a piece of Mom's left-over peach pie.
